We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team. Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications in line with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, and drug interactions to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PCN regulations, NAFDAC guidelines, and other pharmaceutical laws.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and assistants to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Participate in stock planning, reorder management, and overall store optimization to ensure product availability.
- Ensure the ethical and professional handling of all pharmacy operations.
- Contribute to customer retention and sales growth by providing quality service and health education.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of post-NYSC experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical laws, ethics, and best practices.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage patient flow efficiently.
- Proficient in inventory management and basic pharmacy software.
- Sales-minded and customer-focused with a passion for patient care.
