A personal assistant (PA) provides high-level administrative, organizational, and day-to-day support to executives, entrepreneurs, or high-net-worth individuals. Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Correspondence: Act as the first point of contact by screening, prioritizing, and answering emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Travel Coordination: Research itineraries, book flights and accommodations, and prepare detailed travel schedules.
  • Administrative Tasks: Draft documents, prepare presentations, maintain digital databases, and process expense reports.
  • Lifestyle & Errands: Manage personal household tasks, run errands, and coordinate appointments as needed (often dependent on the specific role)

Requirements:

  • Confidentiality: Exceptional discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive personal and corporate information.
  • Organization: Outstanding time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in digital tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and scheduling software.
