Job summary

We are seeking to hire a Personal Assistant to manage schedules, emails, travel, and administrative tasks for executives and consultants. Handles correspondence, projects, and logistics. Needs great org skills, tech proficiency, and discretion.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prep reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Book travel, arrange accommodations, and coordinate events.
  • Maintain files, databases, and records.
  • Handle admin tasks, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions.
  • Manage sensitive information with discretion.


Requirements:

  • Minimum OND.
  • No experience/ 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused.
