Performance Marketer – Jimo Real Estate

📍 Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid/Remote) | Full-time

Jimo Real Estate is hiring a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Platforms, Google Platforms, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities

* Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns

* Generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates

* Set up and manage tracking tools (Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, etc.)

* Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, and retargeting campaigns

* Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable reports

* Collaborate with sales and creative teams to improve results

* Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic

* Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits

* Plan, create, and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement

* Manage email automation workflows, segmentation, and performance reporting

Requirements

* 2–4+ years experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, SEO, or Digital Marketing

* Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

* Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Pixels, Conversion Tracking, and Analytics

* Experience with lead generation, funnels, landing pages, and CRM systems

* Experience with SEO tools and best practices

* Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools

* Strong analytical and reporting skills

* Real estate or high-ticket sales marketing experience is a plus
