This role is responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, including handling administrative tasks, managing utilities, overseeing client hardware-related requests, managing compliance documentation, maintaining the office, and preparing client invoices.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Print and manage the delivery and documentation of employee ID cards.
- Administer pension payments and handle PAYE tax submissions.
- Manage office utilities such as internet and electricity to ensure uninterrupted services.
- Respond to hardware requests, including troubleshooting, installations, procurement, and maintenance.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and manage replenishments.
- Coordinate office maintenance, including plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Maintain and update key documentation such as Pencom, ITF, NSITF, TCC, and BPP records.
- Prepare and send client invoices promptly.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned to support overall office efficiency.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of computer hardware management (installation, troubleshooting, maintenance).
- Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
