Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loan application processing and KYC documentation.
- Support customer service and respond to client inquiries via phone or email.
- Maintain and update client records and loan disbursement data.
- Collaborate with the operations and credit team to ensure accurate reporting.
- Perform administrative duties and support day-to-day office tasks.
Requirements:
- OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Google Workspace).
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
