Job Summary

We are looking for a vibrant and disciplined Office Manager to facilitate and support the smooth running of the Companies office(s) within the Lagos geographical location. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a willingness to think outside the box and continue to push the limits to break new grounds. The work environment is very fast-paced and requires a high level of organization as well as a strong ability to manage interpersonal relationships. To be successful in the role, you must be highly organized and proactive in seeking out the best solutions to carry out your job functions.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the office location assets are maintained as well as any corporate assets within the geographical location assigned.
  • Manage the location’s service agreements for amongst other things, mailing and shipping services, utilities and vendor services
  • Ensure all personnel using the office or other remote locations within the geographical area are provided with all support facilities required to carry out their tasks and responsibilities
  • Directly supervise the planning and execution of company or group events at your location
  • Coordinate orientation, introduction, and training of staff members, in conjunction with the locations most senior Business Head.

Requirement

  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • A degree in a related field.
