Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and close supervision for children with special needs
- Assist children with routines such as feeding, hygiene, and movement
- Support teachers and therapists during learning and therapy sessions
- Help manage behavior with patience, kindness, and understanding
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and emotional well-being of the children
Requirements:
- Genuine love for children and strong empathy
- High level of patience, responsibility, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to stay calm and supportive with special-needs children
- Basic literacy and communication skills
- Previous experience with children is an advantage (not compulsory)
- Compassionate and reliable individuals
- Neat, attentive, and safety-conscious
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a care team
