Duties and Responsibilities
Brand & Communications:
- Initiate, implement, and coordinate overall marketing, brand, and communication efforts and activities.
- Responsible for creating and managing the implementation of brand-building and lead-generating events, promotion, and exhibition activities.
- Manage and ensure that OneHealth brand assets – offices, corporate gifts, etc. – are on brand and compliant with all relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Improve the performance of the brand in the market and overall leadership position in terms of TOMA, Consideration, etc.
- Ensure timely monitoring of corporate communications plans and strategy for uniformity in messages, including templates, tag lines, and logo usage.
- Work with the business line heads to develop new ideas for reaching end-user markets.
- Create brand and marketing assets such as videos, flyers, and other BTL materials to drive awareness and education of the company’s services and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper communication of Company beliefs, policies, culture, and service offerings.
- Ensure all marketing and communications materials, including sponsorships, partnerships, and event promotions, comply with healthcare, marketing and state regulations as well as AXA policies.
- Ensure marketing collateral and campaign materials meet regulatory guidelines, including patient privacy, data protection, and advertising laws.
- Monitor industry regulations and best practices to ensure marketing initiatives align with compliance standards.
Social media & Media relations:
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies, focusing on social media platforms, email marketing, and the hospital’s website.
- Manage Social Media communication and accounts for brands and products.
- Monitor online engagement and track performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve digital outreach.
- Design and implement online campaigns that highlight One Health services, events, and key initiatives
- Responsible for the company’s CSR activities and ensuring that they are in line with the company’s sustainability strategy and brand purpose.
- Manage media relations, research editorial opportunities, and build relationships with key industry media.
- Invite media to Company events and serve as onsite media contact.
- Serve as liaison between the company and advertising agencies, freelance contractors, print suppliers, and other marketing services providers.
- Plan and implement marketing and public relations strategies to increase customer base and loyalty.
- Provides necessary assistance to implement and support for Quality/Process Improvement projects.
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement:
- Develop and distribute internal communications to ensure all One Health staff are informed about important updates, events, and initiatives.
- Create internal engagement programs to boost morale and encourage collaboration among employees.
- Work with department heads to ensure consistency and clarity in messaging across internal communications.
Other Responsibilities
- Prepare the annual marketing plan and drive execution within the team
- Prepare, manage and track marketing expense budget to ensure that all marketing activities remain within budget
- Prepare financial reports on marketing expenditure and forecasting process for upcoming initiatives
- Any other responsibilities that might be required by the Group Head/Country Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Related Field.
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Public health Sales, or Business administration is an added advantage.
Experience:
- At least 7-9 years’ experience in brand management and corporate communications
- 2-3 years of experience in managing a team
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, medical services, real estate, and/or retail sector, will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Marketing Communication strategic tools
- Excellent analytical and data mining skills, being able to analyze large volumes of data and make recommendations to management.
- Digital marketing skills
- Project Management skills
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written communication, business writing skills & presentation skills.
- Proficient Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in the usage of MS Office tools, as well as CX software.
- Possess intermediate skills in using healthcare software and databases.
Behavioral Skills:
- High level of initiative and a self-starter with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a clear aptitude for negotiation, conflict resolution, decision-making, and assertiveness
- Good relationship management skills
- Good organizational skills and must be detail-oriented with strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills.
