Marketing Manager
Job summary
Super Tasty Restaurant is looking for an experienced, commercially minded, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities and accelerate customer acquisition, brand growth, and sales. He/She will develop and execute marketing strategies that make Super Tasty a recognised and preferred restaurant within its catchment area.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, foot traffic, orders, and sales.
- Develop and implement local marketing campaigns within Surulere, Okota and surrounding areas.
- Identify and pursue corporate clients, offices, schools, organisations, events, and other potential bulk-order customers.
- Develop partnerships and promotional opportunities with businesses, communities, influencers, and relevant organisations.
- Plan and manage promotional campaigns, special offers, events, activations, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing activities in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategies to increase customer retention, repeat purchases, and customer loyalty.
- Provide regular reports on leads, customers acquired, campaign performance, sales generated, and return on investment.
- Continuously identify new and creative ways to increase Super Tasty's market share and revenue.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' proven experience in marketing, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, FMCG, retail, or consumer-facing industry.
- Demonstrable experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of local marketing, customer acquisition, promotions, partnerships, and sales generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to work with targets and budgets.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Success Indicators:
The Marketing Manager will be evaluated based on measurable improvements in:
