Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales & Conversion Oversight:
- Monitor and supervise the daily activities of the sales team.
- Ensure high-quality lead follow-up and strong enquiry-to-sales conversion.
- Review sales reports and performance metrics to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and support to the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Offline Marketing & Business Growth .
- Drive foot traffic and increase offline enquiries through targeted promotions, partnerships, activations, and community engagement.
- Engage walk-in visitors/guests to ensure they have an excellent experience and are converted into paying clients.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, event hosts, influencers, and communities to attract new customers.
- Organize and execute offline campaigns, pop-ups, and experiential marketing activities.
Brand Visibility & Customer Engagement
- Improve brand awareness within the local market and surrounding areas.
- Work with the creative/content team (if available) to develop marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and promotional assets.
- Manage customer feedback and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Reporting & Strategy
- Provide weekly and monthly marketing reports, including sales conversion insights and campaign performance.
- Recommend strategies for improving walk-in engagement, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of offline marketing strategies and customer acquisition.
- Experience supervising sales teams and working with conversion metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on-site and interact directly with walk-in clients.
- Proactive, creative, and target-driven.

- Renumeration: NGN 250,000
