Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote online banking products (e.g., mobile banking, internet banking, online account opening).
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (email, social media) to increase user acquisition and product usage.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, IT, compliance, and teams to enhance digital user journeys and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Create and manage content -marketing for digital platforms, including blogs, app store descriptions, and in-app promotions.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with financial regulations and internal risk policies.
Practical Knowledge:
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, app downloads, and user engagement.
- Getting a prosperous customer to onboard the payment platform
- Carrying out online transactions, such as payments and receiving funds for both domestic and international Clients
- Working with prospective partners such as Money Service Firms
Requirements:
- Ability to drive sales.
- B.Sc, HND Marketing, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Work experience: 2-3 years of Bank experience
- Age:20-30
Remuneration: NGN 350,000
