Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Manage company websites, social media pages, and digital content creation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Generate and nurture leads through digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional strategies.
- Optimize website and digital content for SEO and conversion.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and media outlets for promotional opportunities.
- Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Certifications in e-commerce and digital marketing are mandatory.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email automation platforms.
- Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.
