Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Manage company websites, social media pages, and digital content creation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Generate and nurture leads through digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional strategies.
  • Optimize website and digital content for SEO and conversion.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and media outlets for promotional opportunities.
  • Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Certifications in e-commerce and digital marketing are mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.
