Off-Field is seeking motivated, high energy individual whose primary function is to stimulate and recognize market opportunities as well as maintaining good relationships with clients; and making repeat sales to our existing customers. The candidate will be expected to understand and undertake business to business (B2B) and business to customer(B2C).

Job Description/Requirements

Main Responsibility

 

  • The ideal candidate will conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience.
  • He/She should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process and work to critique and improve its outcomes. 

 

Specific Responsibilities

 

·         Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaigns

·         Research and develop a marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy;

·         Develop and execute content for marketing campaigns;

·         Create and actualize digital marketing programs;

·         Locate business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;

·         Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;

·         Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;

·         Prospecting and visitation to prospects' locations;

·         Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;

·         Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements;

·         Creating detailed proposal documents to clients and prospects;

·         Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends;

·         Direct sales, Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;

·         Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;

·         Participate in all promotional activities;

·         Creating detailed proposal documents to clients and prospects;

·         Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;

·         Log all leads, sales, contacts, and other related activities on a CRM/ERP platform and update such records daily or as often as there is need;

·         Participate in Strategy, Review and other Meetings of the company.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing or related field;

·         Ideally requires at least one-year post-NYSC experience but this maybe waived for impressive fresh applicants who demonstrate desirable potentials;

·         2 - 3 years of relevant experience;

·         Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills;

·         Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative;

·         Experience with social media;

·         Resilience;

·         The candidate will be expected to understand and undertake business to business (B2B) and business to customer or consumer (B2C) sales;

·         An understanding of digital marketing and social media campaigns or willingness to learn the same;

·         An understanding of advertising, SEO and email marketing or willingness to learn the same;

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

·         Highly detail-oriented;

·         Strong analytical skills;

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills;

·         Strategic thinking, high creativity and problem solving skills;

·         Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Organization, Time Management, and Travel Logistics;

·         High ethical standards and integrity;

·         Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and build relationships with all levels of management.


Salary and Commission: ₦40,000 or Negotiated Basic, plus 3.5-5% Commission (Expected average annual sales target of ₦228m).


*** Majority of assigned work will be conducted during standard business hours; however, it is essential that the candidate must be available for early morning, late evening, and weekend work as required by the CEO.


***The position is a Full-time position and is subject to a three (3) month probationary period***
