Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of mechanical, electrical system and utilities technicians
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee morale
- Ensure that the safety culture improves and strictly adhered to
- Ensure adherence to Quality, Environmental Health and Safety requirements of the Organization
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement and opportunity for growth
- Continually monitor, review machine performance and take necessary actions where appropriate
- Develop plans to improve the plants manufacturing and technical performances
- Must be a solution oriented with a deep commitment to continuous improvement aligning with the needs of both internal and external customers
- Carry out all activities in compliance to relevant environmental laws and industry standards
Requirements:
- MSc. Mechanical Engineering
- 8 - 12 years in packaging industry
- Minimum of 5yrs as Technical Management role
- Experience in Operation, QC and Maintenance
- Interpersonal and leadership skills
Location: Mowe, Ogun State.
Remuneration: NGN 700,000 – 900,000
