Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and offline events.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and media contacts.
- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, preferably in the real estate, facility management, or project management industry.
- Prior experience in real estate marketing will be considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
- Familiarity with the Lagos real estate market is a plus.
Remuneration: NGN120,000 - 150,000
