We are looking for energetic and persuasive Marketing Executives and Sales Representatives to promote and sell our products in designated areas such as offices, schools, hospitals, and other institutions. The ideal candidates will undergo a compulsory 6-week training program that combines theoretical knowledge and field marketing to sharpen their skills and deepen their understanding of our products.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products within assigned territories
- Market and advertise products directly to individuals and organizations
- Identify potential customers and engage them with tailored product presentations
- Participate in a compulsory 6-week marketing training (theory + fieldwork)
- Meet sales targets and provide regular feedback to the team
- Build strong customer relationships and follow up on leads and referrals
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Passion for sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo 6 weeks of structured training
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Prior experience in sales or field marketing is an added advantage
