Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to understand the needs of potential clients and the competitive landscape.
• Aalyzing customer demographics, behavior, and trends to develop targeted marketing strategies.
• Collaborating with product development teams to create financial products tailored to the needs of microfinance clients.
• Developing promotional strategies to effectively communicate the benefits of these products to the target audience.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Implementing customer engagement initiatives, obtaining feedback, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Utilizing digital marketing tools and social media platforms to increase brand awareness and reach potential customers.
• Creating content, managing online campaigns, and engaging with the community to promote the bank's services.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Marketer in a Microfinance Bank or any Financial Institution.
• Bachelor's degree and (or) MSc. in Marketing or Economics or related discipline.
