Job summary
Real Estate Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Laterra's real estate products, generating qualified leads, conducting property inspections, building strong client relationships, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients through online and offline marketing activities.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into property buyers.
- Promote the company's estates and investment opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site inspections.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close property sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1 year of previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or real estate is an added advantage but not compulsory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Good presentation and networking skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and smartphone applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property inspections when required.
