Role Overview
As the Managing Partner of ContentLabs, you will lead the charge in growing the content development and digital marketing aspects of our business. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
Business Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy, outlining short-term and long-term goals for the company.
- Identify target markets, define value propositions, and establish competitive positioning.
Leadership and Team Management
- Build and lead a high-performing team of content creators, digital marketers, and project managers.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture that encourages creativity and productivity.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Drive business development efforts, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with potential clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Financial Management
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- Monitor financial performance, analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as needed.
Marketing and Branding
- Devise and execute marketing strategies to promote the companyâs services and establish a strong brand presence in the market.
- Utilise digital marketing, social media, PR, and other channels to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven Entrepreneurial Track Record: Demonstrated experience in successfully launching and growing businesses, preferably in the professional services sector.
- Strategic Vision and Business Acumen: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective business strategies.
- Leadership and Team Building: Previous experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of content development, marketing communications, and related industry trends, with a strong network of industry contacts.
- Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to understand and meet clientsâ needs, building and sustaining long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, concepts, and strategies.
- Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions.
- Innovative Thinking: Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and adapt to evolving industry trends and technologies.
