Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive the firm's operational excellence
- Regulatory compliance
- Market expansion and client success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years’ capital markets experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Authorized Clerk of the NGX with proven stockbroking experience
- ACS-qualified (Associate Chartered Stockbroker)
- Must be a SEC-registered Sponsored Individual or eligible for registration
- Excellent knowledge of the Nigerian capital markets landscape and regulatory ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to lead a startup or greenfield operation
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
