Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, pipes, fixtures, and fittings across the hotel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water supply, drainage systems, and sewage lines.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
- Maintain and service water heaters, pumps, valves, and other related equipment.
- Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests related to plumbing.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and hotel standards.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts used.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to support overall facility operations.
- Advise management on plumbing-related upgrades, improvements, and cost-saving measures.
- Handle tools and equipment safely while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
