This role ensures the efficient movement of materials and equipment across multiple project sites while maintaining compliance with company policies, industry standards, and sustainability goals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the transportation, receipt, storage, and delivery of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other project materials.
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Plan and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery to project sites
- Monitor logistics budgets and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or timelines.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to identify reliable logistics partners and negotiate cost-effective transportation rates.
- Work with vendors, freight companies, and customs agents to ensure smooth import/export and delivery processes.
- Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and operational risks for management review.
- Negotiate with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, train, and manage the logistics team
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience
- Degree in a related field
