Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Keep tracking outstanding debts
- Locate and contact debtors
- Update account status and database regularly
- Handle customers' questions or complaints
- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
- Build trust with debtors
- Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND/HND degree in any discipline
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Remuneration: NGN 50,000 (Starting Salary plus bonuses (not specified) every month)
