Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads across relevant industries.
- Craft and execute personalized email outreach campaigns.
- Generate leads via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage CRM entries and maintain accurate lead records.
- Test and optimize outreach templates, messaging, and follow-ups for higher response rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify and transfer warm leads.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly progress reports.
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs for lead volume, engagement, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 years work experience.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques (email, social media outreach, direct prospecting).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft persuasive, professional outreach messages.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and outreach software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve performance metrics.
- Resilience and adaptability when handling rejections.
- Knowledge of SEO & content marketing basics (to drive inbound leads).
