Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer-related matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
- Prepare reports on sales and communicate the progress of initiatives
- Develop new business with existing clients to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly sales and annual forecasts)
- Identify areas of improvement for client satisfaction and revenue growth
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in account management or client servicing in financial services
- Basic understanding of financial products (loans, credit, investment services)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented with multitasking ability
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Certification from any recognized professional body
- Problem-solving skills and financial acumen
