We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position.
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 1 year
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update accounts receivable, issue invoices, update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports and assist the finance manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with other accounting projects as given by the finance manager.
- BSc. in accounting with a minimum of 1 - 2 years work experience as an accountant
- A female applicant with an understanding of the basic knowledge of accounting.
- Spreadsheet proficiency Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills (Excel) is important.
