Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the company’s IT infrastructure and systems.
- Managing the IT team, ensuring 99.9% server uptime
- Administering data processing for financial card personalization, network administration, IT security, system maintenance, and optimizing IT workflows.
- Lead IT projects, implement automation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure IT solutions align with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information Technology, Computer science, Computer Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or technical support
- Knowledge of EMV would be an additional advantage.
