Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Website Management (WordPress/WooCommerce):
- Upload new products with proper SEO optimization, pricing, and descriptions.
- Update website banners, images, and product categories.
- Ensure smooth performance, speed, and functionality of the website backend.
SEO & Online Visibility:
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies using RankMath and Google tools.
- Monitor website traffic and keyword performance to improve rankings.
- Optimize product pages for international visibility (US, UK, Canada, and Nigeria).
Digital Marketing Support:
- Support ongoing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
- Assist in creating banners, thumbnails, and promotional visuals.
- Monitor and report digital marketing performance weekly.
Technical & Sales Team Support:
- Provide day-to-day IT assistance to the sales and customer support team.
- Help automate and streamline sales processes where possible.
- Troubleshoot website or system issues quickly and effectively.
Content & Data Management:
- Upload and manage media files, blog articles, and digital content.
- Maintain accurate data records for all online product listings and analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress website management and SEO.
- Strong knowledge of WooCommerce, RankMath SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website troubleshooting.
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns and performance tracking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Sales & Marketing team.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
