Inventory/Fleet Officer
Job summary
An Inventory/Fleet Officer will be responsible for managing stock records and overseeing company vehicles to ensure efficient inventory control and proper fleet operations.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and stock records
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials or supplies
- Track stock movement and prepare inventory reports
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Oversee company vehicles and maintain fleet records
- Schedule vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance
- Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle performance
- Ensure all vehicle documents, licenses, and insurance are up to date
- Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and relevant departments
- Support efficient utilization of inventory and fleet resources
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transport Management, or related field
- Proven experience in inventory, storekeeping, fleet, or logistics operations
- Good record-keeping and reporting skills
- Knowledge of stock control and fleet management practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
