Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving, organizing, and tracking all stock and inventory.
- Ensures accurate record-keeping, monitors stock levels, prevents losses, and supports smooth daily operations by maintaining proper inventory control.
- Monthly stock Valuation, Stock taking, Stock reconciliation, Monthly inventory stock counts, and collation of reports.
- Your proactive approach will safeguard our financial processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborative Spirit: Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of an HND in Accounting or Finance
- Any additional qualification can be an advantage
- Your ability to communicate complex financial information in a digestible manner will be crucial in fostering a financially informed culture.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in the food industry.
- Analytical Prowess: Strong
analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) to
efficiently manage financial data.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
