Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and maintain accurate inventory records and support basic bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of spreadsheet software, preferably Microsoft Excel, and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. This role requires the ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate well within a team.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records using spreadsheet software and inventory management systems.
- Track incoming and outgoing stock, and reconcile physical counts with system records.
- Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and take corrective actions promptly.
- Support basic bookkeeping and inventory-related financial documentation.
- Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Collaborate with procurement, store, and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software.
- Prior experience in inventory management or bookkeeping is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
