Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records for pharmaceutical products and materials.
- Monitor and record stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
- Reconcile physical stock counts with system records and resolve discrepancies.
- Support periodic stock counts and ensure proper documentation.
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience.
- Exposure to inventory in manufacturing or pharmaceuticals is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding of inventory valuation methods and cost accounting principles.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
