The Hotel Auditor will be responsible for auditing financial records and operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective internal controls within the hotel.

Job Description/Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive audits of financial and operational processes within the hotel.
- Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Identify areas of potential risk and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and understand processes.
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Daily drink stock verification.
- Analyze micro sales from individual revenue points to determine shortages.
- POS assurance check (OPAY).
- Report shortages for management action.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Relevant experience in auditing, accounting, or finance, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess financial and operational processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and making recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail to identify discrepancies and potential risks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and management.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and other accounting software.
