Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Identify risks, and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements in internal controls.
- Review revenue streams, expenses, and financial records for accuracy.
- Experience with procurement and inventory auditing in hospitality.
- Collaborate with management to improve financial transparency and accountability.
- Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of internal auditing experience, in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong understanding of hotel financial operations, including revenue management, cost control, and profit analysis.
- Strong knowledge of hotel financial operations, revenue management, and internal controls.
- Very strong knowledge of procurement and inventory auditing in hospitality.
- Professional certifications such as ICAN, ACCA, or CIA are an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
