Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed interior architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and joinery details).
- Produce high-quality 3D visualisations and presentations for design concepts.
- Take site measurements and conduct site assessments when required.
- Ensure design drawings are accurately interpreted and followed during execution.
- Collaborate with interior designers, project managers, and the furniture production team.
- Assist in resolving design-related issues during project implementation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
- 3 years of relevant experience in interior design or architectural practice.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape, and Lumion).
- Good understanding of interior detailing, materials, and furniture fabrication processes.
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into functional and aesthetic designs.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
