Architect/Project Supervisor
Job summary
We are hiring a disciplined, highly skilled Architect/Project Supervisor to join our design and build team. This role is for professionals who can both design and supervise execution. The ideal candidate must be able to create functional architectural and interior layouts, produce clear technical drawings, and coordinate site work to ensure projects are delivered correctly, on time, and within budget. This position requires strong spatial intelligence, technical knowledge, and the ability to take responsibility for real project outcomes, not just drawings. Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid structure involving remote design work and physical site supervision when required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural and interior layout concepts for offices, commercial spaces, and custom projects
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D visualizations
- Produce clear and buildable design documentation
- Ability to identify design challenges and deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions.
- Supervise site execution and ensure work follows approved drawings
- Coordinate with carpenters, engineers, installers, and vendors
- Conduct site measurements and inspections
- Ensure compliance with safety, structural, and building standards
- Prepare material specifications and practical cost-aware designs
- Manage project progress and report updates
- Attend client meetings when required
- Maintain organized project files and revisions
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc in Architecture, Building, Interior Design, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in architectural design, interior projects, or construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
- Ability to produce layout plans and 3D renderings
- Good understanding of construction, furniture, and interior finishing
- Ability to supervise artisans and site work when needed
- Strong discipline, responsibility, and time management
- Must be available for hybrid work (remote + site visits)
- Readiness to resume immediately
Screening Task Brief:
Mandatory Screening Task (Required for all applicants) to ensure we select the right candidates, all applicants must complete a short practical test.
- Design a functional executive office layout inside a room size of:
- 2470mm × 3000mm
Your layout must include:
- Executive table
- Visitor chairs
- Storage/shelving
- Wall frame or artwork
- Any additional fittings needed for a proper office
Submission Requirements:
- 2D layout plan with dimensions
- 3D view (important)
- Clear furniture placement and movement space
Deadline:
- Submit within 24 hours after applying
- Late submission may lead to disqualification

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 300,000 Monthly
