Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency, innovation, and effective service delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with teams in order to achieve company goals on insurance policy administration, claims management, underwriting, and compliance.
- Participate in processes related to policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Efficient handling of claims processing, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance, including necessary documentation and identification of areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to superior officers and suggest areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the insurance industry particularly in broking operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulatory requirements and risk management in the insurance sector
- Ability to build relationships with clients insurers and regulatory bodies
