Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct geological and geotechnical investigations for infrastructure projects.
• Carry out site inspections, soil investigations, and field assessments.
• Analyze geological, soil, and subsurface conditions to support engineering designs.
• Assist with foundation and earthwork assessments.
• Prepare technical reports, site investigation reports, and geological documentation.
• Interpret geological maps, borehole logs, laboratory test results, and survey data. Work closely with civil, structural, geological, and surveying teams.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering and geological requirements.
• Identify potential geological and geotechnical risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant engineering, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• B.Sc./B.Eng. in Geology, Geological Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, construction, geology, or geotechnical projects is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of soil mechanics, engineering geology, site investigation, and foundation principles.
• Ability to read and interpret geological and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering/geological software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Willingness to work on project sites when required.
