We are seeking to find an ICT Officer who will ensure seamless operation of all technology (hardware and software) applications and network operations as well as information security in support of the company’s business operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Develop and drive the development of an effective IT strategy:
- Implements
wired and wireless networks and provides technical support on LAN/WAN.
- Creates
IT policies and processes in line with company’s overall business objectives
- Ensures
the availability of a robust IT platform to support the business operations.
- Allocates
IT resources to support business objectives and improve business performance
- Oversees
the configuration, installation and maintenance of hardware and software
- Ensures
seamless IT services to the business and keeps up-to-date with information
- Oversees
the design and implementation of automated backups and disaster recovery
strategy
Managing
the systems implementation for ERP:
- Overall coordination for management system (ISO
9001-2015) implementation, compliance and (re)certification
- Oversees
service level agreements and manages the relationships with ISP and other
contractors to ensure continuous delivery of technical services
- Develops
and implements company-wide information security procedures and evaluates
business risks associated with IT operations
- Reviews performance of applications to ensure capacity to support changing business demands.
Performs regular maintenance and security checks on network facilities:
- Reviews software documentation to ensure it is up-to-date, accurate, and sufficiently descriptive.
- Carries out data backup
management as well as systems monitoring tasks and maintains an inventory of
all ICT devices
- Conducts
compatibility checks on customized business system application
- Coordinates
with HR/Admin Manager in the design and implementation of effective training
programs for IT users
- Monitors
and maintains the use of the organization’s photocopiers and printers,
desktops, laptops, telephone devices, PABX, and other IT-related systems
- Provides
advice to staff on how to maximize the use of hardware and attends promptly to
staff requests/queries.
- Detects, documents, controls, resolves, and reports abnormal conditions and incidents (e.g., system failures) through the diagnosis of root causes in an effort to proactively eliminate and manage them.
Requirements:
- Minimum of degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
