About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Inbound Sales Associate to join our team. The Inbound Sales Associate will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients and converting inbound leads into successful partnerships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for helping professionals find the right career opportunities.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from prospective clients via email, chat, and phone calls.
  • Understand the unique needs and requirements of each client and provide tailored solutions to meet their hiring goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting and converting inbound leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase CareerBuddyâs services and benefits to potential clients.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training to improve techniques and product positioning
  • Provide feedback on campaigns, products, and processes to help optimize conversions


  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Ability to juggle multiple sales cycles and tasks in a dynamic environment and nbsp;
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities over the phone
  • Persuasive negotiation skills with a tenacious, goal-driven attitude
  • Knowledge of sales methodology including prospecting, qualifying, and closing
  • Unwavering professionalism and active listening skills
  • Consistent achievement of quotas preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
