Job Description/Requirements


Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.

Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts or concerns.
  • Conduct investigations into workplace issues and ensure fair and consistent resolution.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and collaborate with department managers to design and implement relevant programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, regular check-ins, and performance reviews.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance issues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employee benefits.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding benefits.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Compile and analyze HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Generate reports on key HR metrics and present findings to leadership.
  • Use data to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.


  • Minimum academic qualification of HND in any related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • HR certification is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • History of acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of local (Nigeria) employment laws and regulations. 
  • Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems.
