Job Summary
This is a hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lagos. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance with with labour laws. They will also develop HR policies and procedures to support the company's objectives.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and hiring.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent and ensure the organization’s staffing needs are met.
- Lead the development and implementation of employee training programs.
- Ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and mediating disputes.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
- Create and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and best practices.
- Ensure that company policies are communicated effectively and followed across all departments.
- Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Manage all aspects of compliance, including documentation, audits, and policy updates.
- Lead the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback.
- Work with department heads to manage performance issues and implement improvement plans.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair packages.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Contribute to organizational growth by aligning HR strategies with business goals.
- Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to track performance, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on HR activities and outcomes.
- Manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align HR practices with overall business strategy.
Requirements:
- Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 7 years post-NYSC experience, at least 5 of which should be in an HR-specific managerial role.
- A Master’s degree and relevant HR certification and memberships such as C.I.P.M is an added advantage
