We are seeking a skilled human resource manager with relevant experience and expertise to join our client's dynamic team. You will be overseeing aspects of human resources processes across diverse business areas including Agri-business, Construction, Investment, Marine Logistics, Real Estate, and Pharmaceuticals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Partner with senior management to understand business objectives and provide HR support and solutions.
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet the company’s future staffing needs.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Work with department heads to identify training and development needs and opportunities.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution fairly and consistently.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
- Conduct regular salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
Compliance and Policy Development:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Promote career development and growth opportunities within the organization.
HR Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Health and Safety:
- Implement health and safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies to promote a diverse workforce.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in multiple business sectors, particularly Agri-business, Construction, Investment, Marine Logistics, Real Estate, and Pharmaceuticals is advantageous.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
