Job Summary

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. Human resources (HR) interns provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of an organization. They maintain the accuracy of employee files, organize and screen CVs and resumes, manage job ads, and assist in the implementation of company policies.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
  • Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves and bank accounts
  • Screening resumes and application forms
  • Schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
  • Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policie
  • Assists in checking overall compliance with labor codes and applicable local and state laws
  • Performs ad hoc tasks as required


Requirements:

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
  • Experience as an Admin Officer or similar junior HR role is a plus
  • Good written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Organizational skills


Work Type: Hybrid


Location:
The candidate must reside on the island (Lagos State)
