Job Summary

This role is responsible for implementing the Corporate Services strategies, especially the Human Resources function. It also oversees others functions in the division such as Administration, Front Office Management, Fleet, and third-party contractors. This role reports to the Head, Corporate Services and the Head Office is located in Victoria Island, Lagos

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Assist with the talent acquisition and recruitment plans.

Training:

  • Coordinate employee onboarding ad support the learning and development programs for the organization.

Performance Management:

  • Ensure that periodic organization wide performance reviews are carried out and reported timely.

Payroll:

  • Support payroll administration in conjunction with Finance.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a first line of contact for HR related queries.
  • Enhance the satisfaction level of Staff by ensuring timely responses.

Policies:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of all HR policies and procedures.

Regulatory & Compliance:

  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.

HRIS:

  • Manage the HRIS for the employees. Ensure timely responses to queries and frequent updates of records.

Team Supervision:

  • Oversee the supervision of the departments in the division.

HR Support:

  • Provide general HR support to the Head, Corporate Services as would be required.


Requirements:

  • 7 – 8 Years relevant experience.
  • Local or International HR Certifications (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI etc.).
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Adept at working with Mid to Senior Level Team.
  • Skilled at Supervising a team.
  • Able to think strategically and contribute to Strategic level thinking.
  • Promote and support the execution of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a high level of camaraderie and team spirit.
  • Able to conceptualize and proffer solid suggestions.
  • Strong analytical skills and adept at making decisions.
  • Sense of ownership and able to take initiative.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience in a Consulting firm is an added advantage


Remuneration: NGN 500,000 - 600,000
