Job Summary

As a HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions across our retail outlets. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with our organizational objectives & promote employee engagement and development.

Job Description/Requirements


Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with RSMs and GM Sales & Retail Operations to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Employee Relations:

  • Manage Store Staff Culture and Core Value Compliance EngagementĀ 
  • Serve as a point of contact for store staff inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely and effective resolution.
  • Foster positive employee relations through regular communication, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and collaborate with GM Sales & Retail Operations to develop training programs that enhance store staff skills and performance.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  • Track employee development progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Performance Management:

  • Administer the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback for employees.
  • Assist in developing performance improvement plans and support to underperforming employees.
  • Oversee Store Operational and Process Compliance Management
  • Maintain accurate records of performance evaluations and other related documentation.

HR Administration:

  • Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Process payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, staffing levels, and training effectiveness.
