Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources (e.g., HRIS, performance reviews, surveys) to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate and informative HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating HR projects, such as employee satisfaction surveys, talent acquisition initiatives, and performance management programs.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency through data analysis and process redesign.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations by conducting regular audits and providing guidance to the HR team.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed to support the HR department's decision-making process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data Analytics certificate
- Certification in HR Analytics or a related field
- Experience with HRIS systems (Odoo, Seamless HR, PaidHR)
- Familiarity with statistical software
