Lead our human resources strategy and organizational development during our ambitious digital transformation journey while maintaining operational excellence across traditional and digital channels.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the transition of all staff to 100% digital workflows within 12 months
  • Implement comprehensive digital training and development programs
  • Manage change management initiatives across all departments
  • Recruit specialized fintech talent through innovative sourcing methods (hackathons, tech meetups, etc.)
  • Develop talent pipelines for both traditional banking and digital technology roles
  • Implement competency-based recruitment and performance management systems
  • Remote Work & Field Operations Management
  • Implement and enforce remote work policies for appropriate roles
  • Develop performance management systems for field-based staff
  • Ensure productivity and engagement across distributed teams
  • Design and implement organizational restructuring to support digital transformation- Develop cross-functional collaboration frameworks
  • Create career development pathways for emerging digital roles


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) certification
  • SHRM certification or equivalent international HR qualification
  • Project management certification preferred Professional Experience:
  • Minimum 6 years in human resources management
  • Experience managing digital transformation initiatives
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition for technology roles
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (BambooHR, SuccessFactors, etc.)
  • Experience with collaboration tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and digital training platforms
  • Strong change management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
  • Cultural transformation and employee engagement expertise

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000
