- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve complaints promptly.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC.
